Collection of tax declarations

Modelo 3 de IRS - AT Portugal

System developed for the Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority which ensures, each year, the collection and validation of more than 6 million tax declarations on income received by individuals (IRS).

Over the years, the system has experienced several improvements to integrate legislative changes, technological changes, and the introduction of new government measures, such as the Automatic IRS.

Consular Portal

Portal Consular - Embaixada Cabo Verde

The Consular Portal is a digital transformation initiative implemented at the Cape Verdean Embassy in Portugal that has enabled the dematerialization of consular services, offering a service that is closer to citizens and optimizing processes through a single portal.

With the re-engineering of these services, citizens can now request and consult documents without having to travel and completely safely. User requests are processed automatically, which has led to a 75% reduction in the time required for the Embassy to issue documents. The project involved the development of a responsive web portal composed of three areas (public, private and back office) and a mobile application for Android and iOS.

Happiness Invoice

Fatura da Felicidade - Governo de Cabo Verde

Opensoft developed the technological application that supports the program named “Fatura da Felicidade”, which is promoted by the government of Cape Verde, more specifically, by the National Directorate of State Revenue (DNRE).

The solution is based on a raffle system based on the number of invoices, receipts, sales receipts and rent receipts that have been issued with the taxpayer’s fiscal number. We implemented a website with a public and private area, a mobile application that allows the taxpayer to consult coupons and associated invoices and the entire coupon generation, extraction and allocation system.
