OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Screening interview
Through an informal conversation, we aim to learn more about you and your motivations. We will also provide further details about the role you are applying for.
Technical interview
With the support of a technical team member from Opensoft, you will carry out some small exercises to assess your approach to tasks similar to the ones you will have to perform.
Final interview
A conversation with our HR director where we will determine if Opensoft is the company you're looking for and discuss how the position you're applying for will contribute to the company's growth.
